In excess of 5,000 Dead in Libya as Dam Breakdowns Extend Flood Catastrophe

In excess of 5,000 individuals were killed in Libya after heavy rains made two dams burst close to the beach front city of Derna, annihilating a large part of the city and conveying whole neighborhoods into the ocean, nearby specialists said on Tuesday.
